required. Delivery schedules cannot be guaranteed. Times quoted are general
and reflect delivery service information. Orders will be shipped within 3 business
days. If we are unable to ship, you will be notified immediately. Please
choose delivery service preferred: Postal Ground - 1-5 pounds = $6.00,
6-10 pounds = $10.00 Postal Air - 1-5 pounds = $12.00, 6-10 pounds
= $20.00 UPS Ground - 1-5 pounds = $7.00, 6-10 pounds = $11.00 UPS
Air - 1-5 pounds = $14.00, 6-10 pounds = $22.00 Handling Charge = $3.00
